Returns & Refunds

Unused items may be returned within thirty days of receipt. This excludes all custom countertops. Please read carefully the points below to determine how much will be refunded.

1. Shipping Cost- We do not refund the cost of shipping. If your purchase qualified for free shipping, we will decrease your refund by what it cost us to ship to you. You will also be responsible for all shipping costs
2. Restocking – John Boos returns will be subject to a 20% manufacturer’s restocking fee.
3. Cancellation - Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. All cancelled orders will be subject to a 3.5% processing fee. After 48 hours you may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If your order has already shipped, shipping charges will also apply as stated above.
4. Return Authorization- All returns need a Return Authorization Number. Once we hear from you via the form below or by phone, we will issue your authorization, and give you additional instructions for your return.
5. Packing Your Return - Please pack returns in their original packaging. We cannot be liable for any breakage due to poor packing on the return trip. Some tips to keep in mind: when you are packing an item for return, ensure that every space in the box is tightly packed so the item has no room to move at all, and make sure that there is at least two inches of packing material between the item and any side of the box. Crumpled newspaper works well for this.
